• Sinks thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Tub and/or shower tiles cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
• Vanity top cleaned
• Mirrors cleaned
• Windowsills wiped down
• Trash emptied
• Baseboards wiped down
• Switch plate and covers wiped down
• Wash floor

Kitchen 

• Counter Tops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced).
• Cabinet fronts wiped down
• Sink scrubbed and disinfected
• Exteriors of oven, fridge and dishwasher cleaned
• Microwave cleaned inside and out
• Small appliances left out, wiped down (example: toaster, coffee pot…).
• Window sills wiped down
• Will wash window if there is a lot of splatter on it
• Trash emptied
• Wipe down table and chairs
• Switch plate and covers wiped down

• Wash floor-stuck on grime will be hand washed, rest of flooring will be damp mopped.

   Bedrooms

• Linens changed and bed made (fresh linens need to be left out on end of bed).
• All areas dusted (all items removed and replaced).
• Picture frames dusted
• Glass on picture frames cleaned as needed
• Mirrors cleaned
• Window sills wiped down

• Baseboards dusted
• Lampshades wiped down or dusted

• Upholstered furniture vacuumed
• Hardwood floor or tiled floor damp mopped
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Baseboards dusted
• Window sills wiped down
• Switch plate and covers wiped down
• Glass tables cleaned
• Picture frames dusted
• Fronts of picture frames cleaned as needed
• Lampshades wiped down or dusted
• Hand railings on stairs wiped down
• Stairs vacuumed
